One is what is going to be the shape of the business in a three-year or four-year time frame? What is going to change? What are going to be the [areas] in which we will play? The second question is: If that is really what business is going to look like, what will it take to succeed? If you have answered one and two then your third logical question is: If this is what people need to learn in order to succeed, how do we make sure that they are able to have that?
